DEPARTURE
• Personal attention & service
• Pick-up at H-2 (short & medium haul flights) or H-4 (long haul flights)
• The Customer is expected to arrive at the departure terminal, at the door previously
indicated
• Reception and baggage handling
• Procedure of the tax-free formalities
• Luggage check-in and accompaniment of the customer to the lounge (priority passage)
• Depending on the customer’s choice : pre or post boarding
In the event of an overbooked flight, the Client will be protected and his departure guaranteed.
ARRIVAL
• Personal attention & service
• Reception on the gateway, at the door of the aircraft
• Priority access to immigration and security services
• Luggage collection and handling & provision of porters if required
• Accompanying the customer to the vehicle
• Management of luggage disputes, if any
In cases of delayed baggage, the experience of our staff gives us a privileged relationship with the baggage claims teams of the various baggage claim teams of the various airlines.
TRANSIT
• Reception on the gateway, at the door of the aircraft
• Priority passage through immigration and security for non-EU destinations
• Accompanying the Customer to the departure lounge
• Control of baggage transfer and loading
• Pre or post boarding, on the flight to be taken
• Personal Shopper offer, upon request
LUGGAGE
• Provision of a carrier
• Pick-up and pre-check-in of your luggage at the location of your choice
• Taking care of your luggage, door to door
• Check in your excess baggage on D-2, for transportation on your departure flight and a preferential rate
